We provide online tests and learning resources intended to help users prepare for the Norwegian Citizenship and Social Studies test.

The service is for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee that any user will pass any exam or test, or achieve any specific score.

We currently offer paid access plans:

• 5-day access
• 15-day access
• 60-day access

The selected access period begins immediately after successful payment. Access automatically ends when the purchased period expires. No auto-renewal applies.

All prices are shown in NOK unless otherwise stated and include any applicable taxes.

Payment is processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Vipps, or other approved processors.

We do not store full payment card details.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), counted from the date of purchase.

When you buy an access plan, you expressly request that access starts immediately, before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw after access has started but before your access period has ended, you receive a refund of the amount paid, minus a proportionate deduction for the part of the access period that has already elapsed.

When your access period has ended, the service is fully delivered and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses. For plans shorter than 14 days, this means the right of withdrawal can end before the 14-day period expires.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

You are required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Not share accounts with others
• Not use another person's account without permission

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute content
• Scrape, automate, or harvest content or data
• Share answers in a way that harms the service
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the website
• Use the service unlawfully

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All platform content, branding, text, graphics, databases, software, questions, and learning materials are owned by us or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service during your access period.

We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency downtime when necessary.

If significant technical problems materially reduce purchased access, contact us and we may offer a reasonable extension or remedy.

Using this service does not guarantee passing any exam, certification, or test.

Results depend on many factors, including user effort, prior knowledge, and official exam standards.

Refund requests are assessed in accordance with mandatory Norwegian consumer law.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can refer the dispute to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet, www.forbrukertilsynet.no) for mediation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or consequences arising from misuse of the service.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may improve, modify, or update content and functionality over time.

Material changes affecting active users will be communicated where appropriate.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable to users.
